CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. This fee may be waived if your appointment is rescheduled within 5 days of the original booking. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Thank you for respecting my time and yours. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION Please confirm your appointment once you receive your confirmation notification. Appointments may be subject to cancellation if confirmation is not received prior to your scheduled appointment time. DEPOSITS Select services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are required to hold your time. Appointments without a required deposit may be subject to cancellation. TARDINESS POLICY Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or the need to be rescheduled.
